Implementation of PRO-Direct Rating in a medium sized Bank in Central Asia

PRO-Direct Rating will be used for web based collection of application and behavioral data, calculation of the customer scoring and management of related processes such as Loan Generation and Credit Approval processes.

Within the first project phase models for the following customer groups will be developed and used for data collection and calculation of the credit scoring:

  • Retail Customers
  • SME and Large corporate customers
  • Credit Cards customers

In the following project steps all related processes will be described and managed. PRO-Direct Rating will be used for:

  • Process Management
  • Limit Management
  • Real time monitoring of KPI’s and KRI’s
  • Project and Recourses Management
  • Document and Data Management
  • Communication Management

The Bank currently has 17 branches and counts with more than 25’000 individual and 1’300 corporate accounts. In the project will participate: 1 IT professional and 1 credit manager from the side of the bank and 2 PRO-Direct Rating specialists. The project will be finished within a frame of 3 months.
