Methodology

PRO-Direct Rating is based on the principles of Balanced Scorecard. Robert S. Kaplan and David P. Norton have started developing this innovative concept in 1992. Since the original concept was introduced, Balanced Scorecards have become a fertile field of theory, research and consulting practice.

The Balanced Scorecard is a framework, or what can be best characterized as a “strategic management system” that claims to incorporate all quantitative and abstract measures of true importance to the enterprise. According to Kaplan and Norton, “The Balanced Scorecard provides managers with the instrumentation they need to navigate to future competitive success”.

We are convinced that integrating the Rating and Scoring process in to an overall Enterprise Management System is the right way of solving numerous issues such as: consistency of data, workflows and processes; integrity of goals, strategies and operations; smooth and seamless transition of data and conformity of processes.
