The software allows access to the data anytime at anyplace by the owner or his consultants or partners (e.g. banks). Using genialTOOLS, as a highly structured consulting approach, consultants and partners coach Start-Ups and SME`s during different phases of enterprise`s development.

From entrepreneur’s perspective genialTOOLS should be seen as : a personalized web- based application with step by step guidance based on graphically designed workflows ; an application that gives professional support and competent consultancy by certified consultants during all the phases of enterprise`s development. In the first phase of the project the concept Roll-Out is focused on countries – members of the EU.

From consultant’s (accounting, controlling) perspective genialTOOLS should be seen as: an international consulting and coaching concept that takes into account the specific local requirements ; coaching of Start-Ups before, during and after the establishment of the enterprise using digital structure and marketing materials for free; a data base (access at anytime/anyplace) and as an internet platform for presentation and acquisition.

From partner’s(banks, grant institutions etc.) perspective genialTOOLS should be seen as: access to- and usage of digital structure and marketing materials for free; a data base (access at anytime/anyplace) and as an internet platform for presentation and acquisition; consulting services trough certified consultants using standardized methodology within Europe; periodical digital control of the success of new established enterprises or SME.
