The West German Chambers of Crafts and Skilled Trades’ Council (WHKT) is the representative of the Chambers of Crafts for the benefit of the craft sector. It results from the tasks of his members, the North Rhine-Westphalian Chamber of Crafts. 

The subjects of priority by the WHKT include craft and trade law, organizational policies, vocational training and school policy, the protection of young talents and migration, and integration. In addition, the WHKT deals with economic observation and statistics, planning and environmental issues, European policy, multimedia, e-government, design and public relations for the entire craft industry.

The Club Life Long Learning is an initiative in Tyrol to make it easier for adults, in particular, to get access to adult education. One focus is on the implementation of labor market policy projects in the region, which are carried out on behalf of the regional government or the Public Employment Service. So far over 500 participants have been actively looked after, informed and coached.

Datca MEM manages, supports and controls all formal and none-formal adult education activities and school education in Datça. It is a non-profit public body that regulates 1 kindergarten, 5 elementary schools, 5 secondary schools, 2 vocational schools, 1 high school, 1 adult education center and several other private organizations.

The organization has access to 2600 formal students, nearly 600 informal students, 200 teachers and 50 staff members. She also coordinates all LLL activities in the region and since 2012 she is the organization that certifies adult learners (not just locals but also migrants).
