Dixtior is a Portuguese company that supports activities in the areas of vocational training, innovation and knowledge sharing. One of the company’s business areas is the focus on advising people in need who have not had the opportunity to start a career: target groups such as migrants and the unemployed, who have many social problems. Dixtior provides these disadvantaged groups with professional advice, training and support to help them reintegrate into the labor market.

The organization has access to 2600 formal students, nearly 600 informal students, 200 teachers and 50 staff members. She also coordinates all LLL activities in the region and since 2012 she is the organization that certifies adult learners (not just locals but also migrants).
