Issue Management / Action Tracking
To actively manage and mitigate any identified risk the relevant question “who must perform what activity to avoid or mitigate the risk?” needs to be addressed and implicitly linked to the original event.
This module comprises all functionality to define, assign responsibility, maintain and monitor action plans and individual tasks of any type, with built in, comprehensive status reporting.
Action plans can be captured centrally and assigned, or decentrally, with progress monitoring for tasks to be performed , deadlines and assignment of responsibility to tasks. Action plan libraries can be created with automatic activity recommendation in the event that pre-defined thresholds are designated as triggers.
