Credit Rating System Expert (also as junior expert)

Your Responsibilities:

• Conceptual and Technical Implementation of Credit Rating System
• Participation in and management of consulting projects
• Conceptual support for the implemented software
• Trainings and Workshops
• Statistical Data Preparation, Processing and Analysis
• Interpretation and Presentation of Results
• Communication of customer's requirements to developers

Requirements to the candidates:

• Superior knowledge in Statistics and Mathematics
• Experienced in the field of Data Mining and Statistical Data Analysis
• Experience in the following areas will be a strong asset:
  • Nonlinear Analysis
  • Neural Networks
  • Pattern Recognition
  • Data Transformation
  • Model Optimization, Calibration and Validation
  • Data Calibration
• Understanding of the business logic of the financial industry especially in the area of Credit Rating/Scoring is preferable but not a must
• Experience in Live Science Projects will be considered as a strong advantage
• Very Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written) are a must
• Further European languages will be a strong asset. Russian language skills preferred
• Analytical abilities to abstract

• Hands-on experienced in the field of ERM and/or Operational Risk Management
• Experience and/or knowledge in the following areas will be a strong asset:
  • Loss Data Collection
  • Self Assessment (Qualitative and Quantitative)
  • KRI and KPI
  • OpRisk Quantification Techniques
  • Business Process and Workflow Management
  • BASEL II, SOX, COSO, GRC
  • Controlling
• Understanding of the business logic of the financial industry especially in the area of Operational Risk Management
