Credit Rating & Scporing Projects

Implementation of Automated Credit Scoring Model Optimization Validation and Calibration in Large International Bank

Together with the team of PROSPERO Cnet Group is working on a project of implementation of PRO-CR in a large international Bank. PRO-CR will be used for automated generation of new credit rating models and optimization, validation and calibration of already existing models. On a next project step the bank will apply PRO-CR also in the area of optimization of Business Development and Marketing activities.

Implementation of PRO-Direct Rating in a medium sized Bank in Central Asia

In cooperation with PROSPERO and one of the “big 4” consulting groups Cnet Group is currently working on a project for implementation of PRO-Direct Rating in a midsized Bank in Central Asia. PRO-Direct Rating will be used for web based collection of application and behavioral data, calculation of the customer scoring and management of related processes such as Loan Generation and Credit Approval processes.

Operational Risk Management Projects

Pilot project for implementation of a testing environment of RCS OpRisk Suite in the largest Energy Supplier in Ukraine

In the frame of a Pilot Project Cnet Group and RCS Riskmanagemet Concept Systems AG are currently working on implementation of a testing environment of RCS OpRisk Suite 4.1 in one of the largest Energy Suppliers in Ukraine. This project phase includes: Creation of a testing environment and delivery of User Trainings and ongoing conceptual and functional support via Webinars.

EU Projects

Currently Cnet Group is engaged in a series of EU sponsored consulting projects aiming to improve the investment and business climate in the region.

Genial TOOLS

Genial TOOLS is an EU-sponsored Project with the involvement of partners from 6 European countries. In this project the main goal is to facilitate the market entrance of Start-Up businesses and to support SME in their growth and development by introducing and applying internationally recognized Business Practices. Genial TOOLS is a consulting project which also uses new generation technologies and solution for a ongoing support and coaching.

Life Long Learning

Life Long Learning is about exchange of experience and know-how in best industry practices in a Europe wide partner network. On regular bases partners from all over Europe getter together to share precious experiences and learn from their European colleagues. International Know-How transfer is the main goal of this EU-sponsored project.
